The County of Monmouth, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c.72, will publish all its public and legal notices on this official website of the County of Monmouth beginning March 1, 2026. A link to the notices also will be provided to the New Jersey Department of State for publication on its website: New Jersey Department of State - Statewide Legal Notices Listings The public and legal notices posted to this website will be publicly accessible, at no cost to the public, for at least one week, or longer if stipulated by law or court order. The notices then will be archived by the County of Monmouth and will be available for a minimum of one year.
