The purpose of the Consolidated Records Search (CRS) is to deliver multiple record types from multiple sources. When a parcel is selected from the map interface or the selection screens, the system queries the County Clerk's records and the Tax Board's records, to deliver: Property Records, Sales Data, Tax Assessment Information, and Appeal Judgments.

Important: When the Block and Lot ID has changed for a parcel the records returned by the CRS can be impacted.
